Only thing I can think of is that the dog is going to go and the movements are going to end up running down the side of the bag not filling up the bag.
One of those ideas that seems good in the mind not so much in the physical.

Well for all of us inventors this is a joke and an absolute hoax. there is no idiot in America that would waste their hard earned money on an awful invention that serves no purpose at all.
