Cat Crap Gets Its Own Infomercial with Cat Genie

Does your cat feel left out when you watch the Dual Action Cleanse or Almighty Cleanse infomercials on TV? Well, it was only a matter of time before bowel movements for cats got an infomercial of their very own.

The product is called CatGenie. Cat Genie is an automatic, self-cleaning cat box that’s supposed to be an alternative to the traditional litter box. Click here to see video from the CatGenie infomercial.)

You’ll notice that the CatGenie is shaped like a human toilet and that in the video they show the Cat Genie unit being hooked up next to a real toilet. This raises a fascinating question: If your cat is taking a crap in a CatGenie located in your bathroom, do you politely wait outside until your feline is finished? Or do you just get on your toilet and take a dump side-by-side with your cat, making it a bonding moment between pet and owner?

The most interesting thing about the Cat Genie commercial is that when it demonstrates how CatGenie scoops up cat poo, it shows feces that spell out the word S-O-L-I-D-S. Now if you have a cat that can actually crap in the shape of letters you really have something special. But if your cat can actually spell out words, then your feline is either incredibly well trained—or possessed by the devil himself!
