Jury Convicts Kevin Trudeau!

Today a Chicago jury found Kevin Trudeau in violation of his court order by continuing to lie about his book on infomercials:

Read more about Trudeau’s conviction from the Chicago Tribune.

According to the Chicago Tribune story, “U.S. District Judge Ronald Guzman ordered Trudeau to be arrested immediately, citing his disdain for the authority of the court and the millions of dollars that prosecutors believe he has hidden in overseas accounts.” It looks like someone is going to be trading in his expensive suits and fancy cigars for Pruno and tossed salads!

For those of you keeping score at home, it’s Bilderberger/Illuminati conspiracy to dominate the globe 1; Kevin Trudeau 0.

  • So much for his “Magic Genie” keeping him out of jail.

  • Now he’s part of the Global Incarceration Network, he may have to worry about the soap ‘they’ don’t want you to drop.

  • @Kyle: And now his genie is going to have a full time job just keeping Kevin from getting shanked in the prison cafeteria.

  • This apparently hasn’t stopped Trudeau’s infomercials from airing, as I was listening to the radio last night and my music was interrupted at 5am with Trudeau’s 30-minute monologue about Your Wish is Your Command. Naturally, my reaction was to hit the record button. So if any of you want to hear the nonsense he spewed out in his radio infomercial, here’s a link:

  • Kevin Trudeau is like Nelson Mandela? Well, I guess that’s true because Mandela spent time in prison too. I can’t recall of Mandela was swindling people out of money with bullshit or claiming that apartheid would end with the help of a magic genie but I’m not up on my history.
