The Magic Bullet Cartoon

Here’s a must see video for all you fans of the Magic Bullet Infomercial. It’s an animated cartoon called “The Magic Bullet Show” featuring the characters Mick, Mimi, Berman, and Hazel from the Magic Bullet infomercials.

The weirdest thing about this video is that it is not a fan video: It was commissioned by Homeland Housewares, the company that makes and markets the Magic Bullet. Homeland Housewares even features it on their official YouTube channel. I wonder what marketing genius at Homeland Housewares thought this cartoon would help them sell more Magic Bullet blenders.

This video is titled on YouTube as “The Magic Bullet Show ep 1” which gives us hope that future episodes will be forthcoming. Too bad this couldn’t be a Saturday morning cartoon; it would be a lot better than That’s So Raven.

I think this cartoon got the essential elements of the Magic Bullet infomercial right on: Berman’s drunkenness, Hazel’s chain smoking, Mimi’s smoldering sexuality.

They especially got right the powerful effect of an alcohol-fueled Magic Bullet goggle—which is the only explanation for the unspeakable act that took place between Berman and Hazel inside the tent on the Magic Bullet To Go infomercial.

  • This seems too vulgar to be official, but I believe you.

  • Why would they make this? It’s terrible.

  • Don’t you dare say anything bad about “That’s So Raven”. It’s a classic Disney Channel show. All the newer ones suck. In fact, that show was much better than this lame short. I’m glad they only made one.
