Ruby on the ExtenZe Infomercial

In this video, the porn star (and sometime prostitute) Ruby expresses her certainty that ExtenZe pills will earn a bundle and therefore wants to get to know company rep. Lawrence Ross better because “he’s going to be a very rich man.” To which Ron Jeremy replies, “I am going to be sick!”

There is a new ExtenZe commercial that has been playing for a few months, usually a 3 am or 3:30 am on Comedy Central, that actually has people who have heard of/used/been around people who have used ExtenZe.

Yes, I’ve seen the new ExtenZe infomercial and I am actually going to write a post about it (including screenshots) in the next few days.

Funny that they chose “Ruby” for this infomercial, as their target audience is probably already very familiar with her. Maybe that’s the point (Ron Jeremy is there for crap’s sake). It would seem to me, though, that it would take away from any realness they are trying to portray here.
The hilarious and over-arching fact here is that none of these products do ANYTHING. It is not medically feasible to increase penis size via a drug that is carried through the blood stream. It has been quoted by medical professionals that if such a product did exist, it would also make your lips and nostrils grow, since they share the same type of tissue. I’d like to see them explain that point on the show…
