Before ExtenZe and ExtaMax, a Spanish infomercial attempted to make money off insecure men by peddling sex pills called Poder Sexual. In this clip from the 1996 Poder Sexual infomercial, a man gets close to blowing his brains out because he can’t achieve or maintain an erection. But salvation comes when he comes across the Poder Sexual infomercial on TV. Later we see the real life man depicted in the re-enactment and the baby who owes her life to Poder Sexual:
