Computer-Generated Ron Jeremy Animation Wearing a Blue Velour VigRX Sweatsuit

In today’s post I am going to discuss a computer-generated animation of Ron Jeremy wearing a blue velour sweatsuit.

Was the above sentence as strange for you to read as it was for me to write?

After appearing in the infomercial for the ExtenZe male enhancement pills, porn star Ron Jeremy decided to jump ship and endorse a rival product called VigRX.

Ron Jeremy also appeared on a TV infomercial for VigRX called the “VigRX Party Special” that aired on—where else—Spike TV. Check out this short clip of the VigRX Party Special. In this VigRX infomercial, Ron is clothed in a velour sweatsuit and surrounded by a computer-generated background in constant motion. Even more freakish is the fact that the color of Ron’s sweatsuit changes continually. (Vaguely reminiscent of the film A Scanner Darkly.)

Inspired by Ron’s bravura performance on the VigRX party special, the folks at Leading Edge Cash decided to promote their affiliate program by creating an animated promotional video featuring a Ron Jeremy cartoon character—kind of like Sonic the Hedgehog. In this cartoon Ron the Hedgehog is again wearing the blue velour sweatsuit, but he also sports a thick chain with a dollar sign around his neck to symbolize all the bling people can get when they join the affiliate program.

Once upon a time, I thought the ExtenZe infomercial and this earlier promotional video for VigRX were as cheesy as Ron Jeremy could possibly get. Silly me!

  • Have you seen the new Hulk Hogan Ultimate Grill infomercial? It’s hilarious. It looks like Hulk Hogan is wondering how the fuck he got there, and he can only keep spouting catch phrases.

  • Sounds great! I’ll be looking for it. I guess any infomercial featuring Hulk Hogan is probably worth watching anyway.
