Flirty Girl Fitness Uses Sleazy Stripper Dance Moves to Get You Fit

Demo of the Chair Dance: Chair and lowlife nudie bar patron not included.Recall the last time you were at a strip joint—oh, excuse me, “gentlemen’s club.” The music starts blasting and the lovely ladies take the stage, seductively moving their bodies in perfect rhythm to the beat. They wrap their bodies around a pole and slither up and down. As the hot sexy woman you’ve been eyeing gets ready to take her top off and reveal the flesh of her perfect mammaries, you are thinking only one thought: “I bet she is burning a lot of calories with that dance routine!”

If you have ever thought that, then you are not a male (at least not a straight one) and you are the perfect customer for the Flirty Girl Fitness™ exercise system.

The Flirty Girl Fitness infomercial convinces fat-ass housewives watching TV in the middle of the afternoon that if they want a sexy bod they’ll have to gyrate like the exotic dancers at some sleazy nudie bar:

Your browser does not support iframes.

The Flirty Girl Fit infomercial offers a “chair dance” video as a free bonus, but you need to supply the chair yourself, as well as the fat sweaty guy sitting in it and shoving dollar bills down your panties.

Woman takes the pole in the Flirty Girl Fitness infomercialThose who don’t want to workout by doing a lap dance can instead do a pole dance by ordering their very own stripper pole from the infomercial! Won’t grandma be happy to see that in your home when she comes over for Thanksgiving dinner.

The ad assures us that the dance moves in Flirty Girl Fitness are much more fun than some boring workout routine. What fun you’ll have when you imagine you’re a stripper at the Bada Bing Club getting your genitals rudely manhandled by Tony Soprano!

No one can deny that a stripper’s dancing burns a lot of calories. Of course, a hooker gets a great lower body workout from standing around on street corners and walking up and down the block trolling for tricks. Once you’ve mastered Flirty Girl Fitness you can move on to their advanced program: Slutty Ho Fitness™.

  • Reminds me of that DVD with Carmen Electra showing you how to strip your way to being fit. Did they seriously think the stripper pole was a good idea?

Oh yeah, on a somewhat related note, Paul, have you seen the latest from Trudeau? I say related because he’s pitching a government money book much like Lesko was doing a few years back, but his guests were the former PMOYs for 2006 and 2007! You have to cover this, because if this man is desperate enough that he has to use fake boobs to sell his stuff, that really says something!

  • John, I haven’t seen the new Trudeau infomercial yet but I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for it now.

  • I have to admit when I see a woman pole dancing I think about the calories burned and the strength it takes. Then again, I’m not a dude.

  • I’m watching this infomercial right now, and I just realized they make sure to include a testimonial from a woman that explicitly states that it’s NOT stripper moves, but actually like being a KID again. I don’t know what her childhood was like, but I found that claim a bit disturbing.

  • Poles are great fun! Why else would they have them in playgrounds?

Comment by Aria on July 23, 2009 at 1:53 am

  • Just an FYI, not ALL strippers are as Mr. Lucas portrays them to be. They are not all sleezy and “having their genitals manhandled”, nor are all of them whores – however, if he knew what he was talking about, then he would know that. But, hypocrites are just that – speaking about things they have no real knowledge of. Or maybe he has been dissed by one and he is venting through this ad. In any event, yes, dancing (stripping) is a great workout. Alot of calories are burned, thus keeping you tone and fit.

  • When I first saw this commercial I almost died laughing but when it kept showing up everywhere I realized this was for real. I’m sure this is a great way to work out, but seriously? Hooker dancing just isn’t my cup of tea but I’m sure lots of woman (probably middle-aged who wish/pretend they’re still 20) will buy this. But the in home stripper pole seems to take it overboard.(do they call it a stripper pole or “the workout bar”?)

  • What is wrong with all of the guys putting this down?…Do you not want more women to be able to dance exotically? Like your wife or girlfriend? Idiots. I was considering getting this and surprising my husband. He would love it. Then again – my husband still enjoys makin’ it with the opposite sex.

Comment by Eva on September 10, 2009 at 7:15 pm

  • Oh get a grip people. Any sort of workout that gets people moving is worth it. Some people might not exercise because it’s boring. Dancing is fun whether it’s ballroom, salsa, or club style. The whole point of working out is to get more active and because of that get in better shape. There is no reason to attack this DVD. You are stereotyping. True some girls will buy it just to dance exotically and to act like a slut. But then there will also be womer who buy it because they want to exercise to something fun IN THEIR OWN HOMES. It’s not as if those women are really going to be doing it in front of you. Then you have the people who just like that style of dance and don’t find it “dirty/sluty”. And lastly you have the women who want to start exercising but don’t have the courage to stet at a gym, where as we all know plus size women gett glared at for the audacity of being fat. This is a good way for those women to get a start with something fun/entertaining that will give them a boost to get up and do it. I know myself, I just dance along at home to music videos. Now I will admit that the pole might be a bit over the top but having a friend who stripped her way through college, I know it’s a huge workout. You are lifting and spinning your entire body weight with either your arms or legs. It takes a lot of energy and strength to do that.

And it’s not a sin to want to look and dance sexy. Like previos posters here maybe it’s for their significant other not for random guys at the club. Be a little open to things and realize that YOUR way is not always THE way for everyone. And take a chill pill.

  • This workout is pretty good. I wasn’t able to even finish the whole thing and only did 10 minutes. The next day all my leg muscles were sore. This is definitely a routine for a pretty strong person looking to get more toned.

Comment by K on October 15, 2009 at 5:38 am

  • Being a woman who is concerned with the portrayal of beauty in our society, I think that this set of videos is a good way for women who may have body image issues to feel attractive and boost confidence. I can say from experience that acting sexy and feeling desired by your significant other (or members of the opposite sex in general) is a great way to eradicate the self-consciousness that the media inflicts on American women. ANY woman can order this and feel no shame in “performing” in her own home. I think the people who have a problem with an amorphous, random stranger buying these DVD’s needs to get a life and let people enjoy themselves. Just because the woman in your life (assuming you even have one) won’t dance for you doesn’t mean it’s right for you to call anyone who would pole dance a slut. Grow up!

    Comment by C. D. on October 16, 2009 at 3:10 pm

in the privacy of my own home who gives a fuck WHAT i act like and furthermore who really cares if i paid 19.95 to do it. this is purely a matter of personal taste and interest and the fact that there are so many puritanical, book burning, finger pointing ,judgemental ,holier-than-thou,pitch fork waving members of a morally outraged mob who have nothing better to do than write and congratulate a page like this freaks me the fuck out. this is the year 2009 get in the now people. However my suggestion for those who really feel like something must be done about this kind of licentiousness should all meet once a week in a basement somewhere to sew scarlett letters for the rest of us to wear while we do our flirty girl work out!!!! work out nazis !all of you can just bite me!

  • My goodness, I can’t believe how biggotted some people are. All the girls I know and work with as a stripper would never truely sell there bodies. We dance as entertainment, there’s no touching that’s a ticket out the door. An elabrate form of being a giesha, oraiginally they were never whores. What people do in their home or in their free time is none of your concern. I bet you have a few dirty little secrets, everyone does. But really please do grow up. I am married and have a lovely daughter who has no clue what I do. I am an every day person if you saw me on the street you would never guess what I do for work. Most of the other girl I have met over the years are the same way. The kettle shouldn’t be calling the pot black.

  • I think this video is fun! I only came across this stupid “man who thinks his dick rules the universe” blog because I was looking to order the videos and pole! I’m not a “lazy house wife who wants to feel 20 again.” And why if a woman wants to raise her own children and be fit and sexy is that wrong?!? I am a fit woman who just turned 24, I work a professional job at a brokerage firm full time and I am going to law school. So maybe some of you need to get rid of your pathetic ideas of women! I’m married and I love having sex, feeling sexy! My husband adores me and respects and supports my dreams. I need a video like this just to get a fun work out that will satisfy me. I like adventure, hiking, white water rafting, diving….I go to the gym too, but its nice to keep it interesting and do something different. It’s so easy to sit at a computer and ridicule, judge, and point the finger. I love a good laugh, but I don’t get the humor here. The only thing I find funny is most of you guys probable wish your wives would do something like this because you never get laid! Stop being a prude and get off your fat ass!

Im a christian woman and i love dancing this program is great for getting in shape, if you dont like it just stick with that dont label women as sluts or sleazy because they want to have fun as well as maintain or get into shape, my husband would love this 🙂 God gets happy Whew a married couple please each other! Besides many women getting this are married or doing it behind closed doors keep nasty opinions to yourselves.

  • Why is dancing provocatively bad? Adults can dance the way they want to. I am 41 years old and I love to go to the club with the music banging and just dance. I don’t drink, I don’t smoke and I don’t go there to pick up anyone. I just love to dance. It is a great workout that is fun and you don’t need any equipment. I dance for at least three hours straight without stopping. No exercise class EVER makes me want to continue for that long.

I would love to be able to dance better and I think that these videos would be helpful to teach me some moves and help me lose weight. People should stop being prudes and live a little. When I dance, I feel beautiful and sexy. As a woman, you are never too old to feel that way.

  • I am amused to see some of the comments posted up here about this product. Well…… I just submitted my order, and I can’t wait for it to come in the mail. I agree with some of the comments, the people who likely have a problem with this product are insecure men who are afraid of their wives/girlfriends learning how to be sexy, and women who are equally insecure (for various reasons). I look forward to working out and enjoying it at the same time, maybe even learn a little something for that special someone. 😉

  • I am a 5’10” plus sized woman and I am SO offened by the weight comments. I would expect the laughing and pointing fingers if I went and bought a pole, then installed it in public for everyone to see while I attempted to twirl my chubby ass around in skimpy clothing…but why make fun of a big girl doing it in the privacy of her own home? And what is up with the stereotyping of a 40 year old house wife? I can only hope that when I am 40 I will still have the energy and attitude to try new and fun things like a sexy workout…as opposed to what? Whatching soaps all day? So is that what the 40 year old housewives SHOULD be doing? And I can only imagine the sex lives of those thinner than me commenting above about the “sleazy” video…it must be so boring! Or non-existant! Tonight when my very attractive boyfriend of 2 years is bringing me to the brink of my usual mind blowing orgasm, I’m gonna have him give my big, round ass an extra squeeze because now I have another reason to be thankful I am the way I am, as opposed to some skinny, boring, kill-joy with a sorry attitude.

  • I have investigated this DVD and honestly, I think it will be a great experience for me. I won’t buy the pole, but I do look forward to learning some sensual dance moves in the privacy of my own home. I hope to lose some weight and I think getting excited about exercise couldn’t hurt! Sure beats the fitness programs of some of the dullards I work with who clip pedometers to their belts and call that a work-out.

As for all the comments on weight and “ass size”, I think it’s sad that a fairly large portion of our society (no pun intended) believes that only skinny girls have a right to feel sexy and be sensual. May we all love ourselves just the way we are.

  • Females -young and old- have gone off the deep end with sex. There was a time when there were a few sluts but most women were still relationship material (good girls). Today most women are slutty and are just good for sex. They’ve lost all feminine class and sensuality, and are simply sleazy and seem to be trying to emulate lower-class promiscuous macho guys wrt sex – not the type of women you’d want to be in a serious relationship with, certainly not the potential mother of your children.

  • The first time I saw the Flirty girl Fitness video I was excited and couldn’t wait to see it again so I could get the number. I thought it looked like a really fun way to exercise and I was right! My video got here yesterday and I had such a great time doing the moves. Plus I was sore this morning in my thighs and my stomach BUT that didn’t stop me from doing both the videos again today!!! I think this is one of the best videos they’ve come out with in a long time and I have tried several. The moves are not slutty or skanky and I have to admit that I felt very sexy doing it and I even let my husband watch. And for the record, I’m a 27 year old housewife and if I want to put a pole in my living room and dance like a “hooker” it’s my own damn business! Finally I would like to address “dogguy22” who said “Females -young and old- have gone off the deep end with sex. There was a time when there were a few sluts but most women were still relationship material (good girls). Today most women are slutty and are just good for sex.” Unless you’ve met every woman in the world, you can not make that generalization. I would like to know exactly what you base you knowledge of “most women” on. You are obviously an ignorant woman hater who had a low down mother. I feel sorry for you.

I on the otherhand have talked it over with my sexy deployed Husband and he thinks it’s a great idea! Not only will it help me get into shape and lose weight, but it will totally boost the fun in the bedroom! Not that we had a boring sex life to begin with… we are always exploring more ways to have fun! This is just another thing to add!!!! So to all the haters out there…. get a life, for real, stop dogging on somthing like a fitness video!!!

Comment by Tris on March 11, 2010 at 10:24 am

  • I have read through all of the comments and I can honestly say that people amaze me. There is such a huge push for weight management in America that any new way to make it fun and entertaining should be considered a joy. There are so many comments about “slutty women” and “hookers” etc. Well, I will add my two cents in saying that I spent 10 years in and around adult entertainment clubs as both a customer and a patron and they are no different then any other kind of work place in regard to personnel. I worked for Home Depot for six years and there was just as much drama there as any of the clubs I worked at. More drugs, alcohol, management indiscretion and illicit sex than all the clubs put together.

One thing that I saw that stuck with me through the years was one of the bouncers giving a dancer a hard time about how easy her job was and what was hard about taking your clothes off for money. I don’t know about anyone else but I cannot imagine taking my clothes off in a room of strangers and being subject to scrutiny. That bouncer was a gym enthusiast and built like a wrestler, bulging muscles that he would flex to intimidate unruly guests. He challenged the dancer to see who could climb the poles faster. You know, she glided up that pole using only her arms, flipped upside down at the top and slowly helicoptered her way down in a smooth sexy flow. Muscle man couldn’t even pull his own body weight up two feet. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8_NJiwIVu6k

Those who call women slutty and hookers are unfair and have no right to judge, it isn’t their place. Besides, if a man and woman act in the exact same manner in their sex lives he is a player and she is a slut, how is that equality?

I figure the naysayers will always have to talk down about something, even if it has absolutely nothing to do with them, they have to try to make everyone else as unhappy as they are. Misery loves company and a keyboard is freedom to “run your mouth” and display your ignorance. Those that went ahead and bought the program and are having a great time, DANCE ON!

  • What I want to know is why Paul Lucas reviewed a fitness infomercial that is for WOMEN? From his review, along with the other ignorant comments from men that have been posted in response, I take it that he has never taken the time to understand women at all. Women like to feel desired. We like to feel sexy. So, if I want to workout using a stripper pole in the privacy of my own home (or even if maybe I just want to use a pole to “strip” for my husband- he happens to enjoy my sexual prowess), if it makes me feel good about myself, then who are you to tell me that I am a “skank” or a “slutty ho”? Or a “fat-ass housewife”? I have a feeling that Mr. Lucas (along with many of the comment writers) will live a lonely, solitary life, simply because you are too closed-minded to think about someone else’s needs, wants, and desires. If you have a significant other (and if that partner is actually a real, living, breathing woman), I feel very sorry for her. Very sorry.

    Sincerely,
    A “Fat-Ass Housewife”

Comment by Amanda on March 31, 2010 at 4:35 pm

  • I really wish I could see what you all looked like because I doubt none of you actually work out. Like one of the commenter’s stated there’s nothing wrong with having fun working out and feeling sexy at the same time, I understand the moves are a little “out-there” for older women and I have to admit if I ever saw my mother doing this workout I would probably die. However, that’s why this is great, you can do it in the privacy of your own home and have a blast doing it. Open your mind people, there’s nothing fun about a treadmill.

  • Wow. I have never before seen so many comments on any post that Paul has posted here nor so many that slam him like Andre the Giant using Colista Flockhart as rag doll.

Get a GRIP, people. This blog is about making light of the INFOMERICALS THEMSELVES AND HOW THEY ARE PRODUCED. Not the products themselves.(at least in most cases)

I find it hilarious that there are so many people who claim they “accidentally” came to this blog while looking for a product that is mentioned on this site. I suppose they also “accidentally” read the post, “accidentally” watched the video and then “accidentally” posted a comment, usually demonizing the site’s author, usually for no reason. It seems to me these people are the ones who have the Oprah “self-esteem” issues. So, in order to make themselves “feel” better, they lash out at someone who is simply having some fun with one of the most ridiculous aspects of our modern media culture. That being the infomerical.

For the most part, this is a gas and has almost a Mystery Science Theatre 3000 feel to it. If you cannot find the tongue-in-cheek humor here, then you really need to start working on your laugh muscles, not your ass muscles.

I have tried other dvds and these have kept me motivated where the others left me bored. I really dont care what people think about the program or if they want to view it as “stripping”. I am doing this to get in shape in a way I enjoy. The haters should really give it an experimental try before they bash a program that does work and leaves you with a feeling of acomplishment, not to mention giving a person back some self confidence. Being fit and feeling sexy is a wonderful thing!!!

And they are doing it from the comfort of their own homes not at a strip club. Its people like you who make the world a negative place because you always have to add your 2 cents into something that honestly doesn’t concern you.. if you don’t like …don’t talk about it … If your so perfect why are you even considering a product like this … I guess its just for us fat house wives huh? Well let me tell you something sweet heart i am in amazing shape and ordered it as something to do for fun and tone up after having a baby 5 months ago so you really shouldn’t talk about something you don’t know about. We all know that the only reason you hate strippers is because you’ve got turned down by so many at the clubs. Hahah

  • Hey im only 15 and im making my bf buy this for me right now. thats how people dance now a days so why not look better while your learning how to do some crazy dance moves. and the stripper pole was a nice touch do any of you relize its not skanky unless your getting paid to take your clothes off and dance and the pole is a great upper body work out.

  • I have this and I love it, I was a slightly overweight mom of 3 and at 30 I wanted to feel younger and a little sexier, Not a slut or a skank as you guys state above, I wasnt doing this for an audience…it was in the privacy of my own home and you know what it worked! I went from a size 12 to a size 4 in about 10 weeks. What I have to say to the people leaving the derrogatory comments to the other women…”skank, slut, stripper” its all about seof confidence…you should look into it. This is something these women are doing for them selves, not to learn to do it for money…atleast that is my case. Thanks..GO FLIRTY GIRL FITNESS!!!

  • I am all for fitness and offering people different options to get moving, but the commercial is long and rude. I don’t want to see women grinding a chair when I finally relax at the end of the night.

  • Great workouts, but buy somewhere other than flirtygirlfitness. I have now had 4 unauthorized charges on my credit card after I cancelled all future orders. I ordered my DVDs 3months ago and they are still charging my account for orders I didnt submit. WHen I found out about them I cancelled.GRRR

  • Mel, I saw your comment about charges. I just got off the phone with FlirtyGirl customer service for the exact same reason. Apparently, when canceling “membership” you must separate the DVDs from the essential boost vitamins even though I received a confirmation email stating that “Thank you for your purchase of the Flirty Girl Fitness Program. We would like to inform you that your auto shipment program has been cancelled. Our records indicate that your account has a remaining balance on your last shipment of $19.99 that will be charged in 30 days. You will not receive any future billings or shipments on your account. If you have any questions please reply directly to this email. Thank you and have a wonderful day.” It would have been nice if I had been informed of this. Well, I guess that’s what I should have expected for making a purchase from an infomercial…..

  • Just to let ALL OF THE IGNORANT people out there know, I think the video is amazing. I am a soon 2 be 34 yr. Old housewife who has been with my husband 17 years and I think this video brings spice back into our sometimes “Routine” marriage. I have the pole, it keeps me in shape. When I first got it I needed to loose 50+ lbs. I was overweight, today I have lost 65 lbs. Within a year. Men….with your out landish opinions…get over yourself and stop thinking with the small brain you 99% seem to 2 use most of the time. This is the 21rst century, women are not “Whores”, “Sluts”, nor, “Prostitutes” just b/c they wanna be sexy for their man. How would you handle it if you came home and found your wife with this video dancing for you. I know what would happen…you would shut the hell up and love every minute of it and then think twice before you criticize another female for…WOW, being on t.v. And strutting her stuff. GET OVER YOURSELF, think twice before you criticize someone else again. God don’t like ugly, and I am sure most of these people commenting aren’t the wolds biggest STUD!!! GET A LIFE…STOP WORRYING ABOUT OTHERS!!!

  • Oh, you see you didn’t get the REAL memo…

The reason guys are so adamant and against women getting their very own stripper fitness-pole in a box set, is TWO fold:

One, they’re rightly afraid that their wives/girlfriends will enjoy the video so much they lose weight & end up so hot that the guys run out of excuses for sneaking off to the REAL strip clubs….while she was off on a business trip…

Two, they are mortified at the thought of all their neighbors seeing their sexy wives….and suddenly becoming the envy of the whole city; to the point she’s getting so much attention that the guys feel like they’re yesterday’s news!!

Yeah, we all know that be the REAL reason all the hard-line bible thumping Christian boys are against these commercials….and want to burn ’em at the stake!

    Not bad for a photo-op..

  • This review is more hilarious than the actual idea of middle aged women doing this! Ever woman, no matter the age deserves to feel sexy. If you are not comfortable in your own skin then you would obviously not want to buy this program, you would probably want to just write a hateful rude ignorant review about it.

Guess what? I am 21 years old, non drinker, non smoker, LDS, engaged, never been a stripper, never been pregnant, 5’4″ 125lbs, woman who completely surpasses all of your stereotypical ideals about what kind of woman would order this and I am BUYING IT!

I am comfortable with my body and dancing in a way that I know my soon to be husband will love is no skin off my nose! I’m going to have so much fun and look great doing it :). Maybe if you lightened up a little bit you might be able to pull that lead pole out of your ass which may allow you to move in a way that the girls in the videos do!

Alas those without eyes always believe they can see. Have fun with your hate.

    Signed,
The bitch that broke the mold.

  • There are way to many close minded people in the world and they are missing out on a hell of a workout!

Search Jenyne Butterfly to get a taste of the kind of strength this form of dance requires. Not just the Flirty Girl Fitness workouts but all pole workouts and chair dancing is so much fun if you knock it before you try it then its your loss. And I do have to say for those of you looking into this that you cannot invert on the pole included with flirty girl program so don’t waste your money on the pole because once you try this you are going to be addicted and want a good sturdy pole that is suitable for inversion get one from Xpole!

signed 28 yr old mom of three who has been addicted to pole/chair dance workouts for 3 yrs now.
