Kymaro Body Shaper: Does This Woman Really Need This Product?

Okay, that computer graphic they show of a lumpy, bumpy obese woman at :27 transforming into a size 2 instantly kills any credibility this product had. “Look like up to 20 pounds thinner”…and lose 10 dress sizes according to this computer generation!

I’m sure their belief is that having an obese model in their infomercials is bad television and won’t sell the product.

“Okay,” they say, “so let’s use a model who’s already skinny and make her even SKINNIER!” Go figure!!

It doesn’t make her skinnier. If anything, it looks a bit loose.

I’ve always lived to regret irritating boning, and, unfortunately, it’s not the kind of thing you can foresee. You realize it when it’s already started and it’s too late to stop. Nevertheless, as anyone who has actually needed to use a Body Shaper knows, there is no worse image than your body’s bulges and fat-clusters fighting to escape getting corralled into a lycra, flesh-colored harness-suit who functions as reminder of what you could -and should- look like if you weren’t a fat, flabby pig. So I understand the decision to use a thin model to demonstrate the Kymaro Body Shaper. I just don’t understand why I can’t be 300 pounds and appear to be only 95 just by putting on a big tan panty.

Just like any other commercial that has to do with the body (exercise and weight loss equipment). The person using it, never have the need for it.

Well to honest I don’t know if the thing works, I watch the little program every night at 12:00 a.m.. To be honest the petite woman modeling the body shaper makes no since to me at all, but also on the show it shows other plus size women trying out the body shaper and they did loose a few inches and they didn’t have any lumps or bulges showing show I will buy the product to see if it works for me.

OMG worst rip off. You can’t pull it up over knees, then if you can get someone to help you , its too lose. How can it get over bum a nd then be tight on top….you are charged for postage and handling on the 3 ‘gift’ shappers if you decide to return the one you order. WHY. I agree with Cyntia.. This is a rip off. It is very hard pulling this item over your BUTT & Hips (if you have them). DON’T do the processing for the FREE gift because you..

Well, first of all the body shaper really does work wonders!! it is especially great for that special outfit or occasion to make the outing even more perfect! I bought the body shaper after my mother bought one and i use it all the time!! its super easy to use and no one can tell!

Does anyone besides Tasha have anything good to say about the product? Even if you were to buy a good body shaper in the store you will spend about $70. So if this one is comfortable and works then i am willing to spend $80. Any input on the product not the price.

This body shaper works better than any pair of spanks ive ever seen or tried.

I have the SPANX and I HATE them.. It rolls and I have to keep pulling it up.. I’m getting married and I’m actually thinking of buying the Kymaro. I’ve seen the commercials and they have plus sized women wearing them and you can see the difference..

I just received my Kymaro body shaper in the mail today. The nude set fit me perfectly and there was a 3″ difference. The black set however was a rip off. I had to pull and tug for about 20 minutes before I got it over my hips. If I had to do it again I would only pay for the nude set, the black set isnt even worth the $9.95 shipping/handling per piece.

I have this product and it doesn’t smooth your rolls and it wears out very quickly. The bottom slips down and it not work it.

I just ordered the nude set Brand New off of Ebay for $40 plus 5 bucks shipping fee. I think its worth it since I didn’t get suckered into the freebees that cost 9.99 for shipping. Wow I never got a free gift that costs 10 dollars before, sounds like a real deal. Anyway, I can’t wait to try the set out. I am reading all of the complaints but feel assured that this is worth it. As long as it smooths out the rolls and hided the thighs a bit I am happy. Im not looking to lose 30 lbs but I am hoping to acheive a sleeker look. I will repost once the package arrives & I try it on.

Have you ever watched the informercial closely?? The real reason the women on the infomercial loose 2 inches instantly is because OF THE WAY THEY USE THE TAPE MEASURE!!! The measure the waist correcly AFTER but watch BEFORE the product is ON. They They drop the tape measure down diagonaly TO ADD INCHES!!! SHADY COMPANY!!

I agree with Diane. I watched the infomercial last night and the way they used the tape measure really stood out to me. I have mixed feelings about whether the product actually works. It might but that little deception is of concern. I’ll wait for Lexy’s follow up post.

OMG the measuring tape is a fraud. If you notice b4 they measure the waist near the hips (by the muffin top) but in the after shot they actually measure where these women have there natural curves!!

I ordered the top. I find it is comfortable, but rides up in the back unless I stand up all day. I should have known-How can anything that fits on your hips like that actually stay there? I ordered it from Ebay, so didn’t pay the full price like some of you. Also, I still look like I wear a size 16, not a size 12. I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy it.

If you notice they each have higher breasts in the after shot. I know this product is supposed to correct your posture, but it is obvious that they also got better bra’s for the after shot. They slump themselves for the before shot. I was very tempted to order it. I just want a sleeker look in my clothes and not expecting a miracle. I am working out to lose the weight, but want something to smooth out the ‘love’ handles until they are gone.

I got this because a friend of mine tried it and liked it. I don’t normally believe infomercials and never buy from them. But I did this one. It was a lot of money but if I can fit into the pants I recently “grew” out of and not have to buy a size bigger I’m all for it. So I got it in the mail. All excited I started from the bottom and tugged and pulled to get it to my knees. I laid down on the bed to rest and get my breath back. I did the ’80’s my jeans are too tight roll to get off the bed I started at it again. I got it up to where I thought it belonged and sat back down to catch my breath again. And the dang thing rolled on me. It had been 20 minutes from start to finish. Then I noticed I didn’t have it up high enough. After more tugging I got it into place. Ahh! My size 12 jeans fit again…My tops didn’t show bulges. I remember looking like that. I am more inspired to lose the weight I gained just by tugging this thing on. My friend says it’s not that hard after the first time. We will see. I will wear it. It was comfortable after getting it on. And didn’t feel like armor under my clothes…just a cami. The price is crazy though. $46 to ship a 2lb box! Whatever!

The first time I saw this infomercial, I heard it as “Kimora”, and wondered why she would attach her name to such an obviously sleazy product.

If I were Ms. Simmons, I’d send them a cease-and-desist letter, pronto!

Diane, you are correct. I too noticed (the first time I had watched this infomercial), how they use the tape measure.

By the way, Kymaro reminds me of Kimora [a term which I often hear while watching Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), broadcast at 2-00 AM on Sunday in Channel 13 in LA, while I wait for Klee Irwin and my other heroes to appear.]

You all are too funny! I am so glad that I did this research before I fell into the scam of this product. I noticed the tape measure to with the obese model. 9 inches different! Wow, I am glad that I was watching closely and saw the scam. I will tell you that a great body shaper is made by bridal companies. They may run a little high…but about the same as all your fees and such as the kymora. David’s Bridal has awesome ones that really work.

I DID order this product and I am ecstatic. It is so much more comfortable and easy to put on than SPANX. The added bonus is posture support. I realize that posture makes a big difference in looking thinner, an this product does just that. It smooths without bulges where it ends and also does not “ride up or down”. I am not a perfect model without it, but I look great wearing it. I strongly recommend it.

I am in the process of contacting the Better Business Bureau. They should be aware of this scam. I’m still trying to get my handling fees back. The fabric is substandard and they should be stopped.

Kymaro is not promising a miracle. All that is advertised is a slim figure and a seamless silhouette. The garment works wonderfully if you purchase the proper size for your body type. Mine worked great after I washed it and softened the fabric a little bit. I don’t look 20 lbs thinner but I do look slimmer underneath my clothes. My clothes are more comfortable, the fabric is breathable and if you do the math, you are getting 4 products for the price of ONE Spanx product! So what if you have to pay $9.95 processing fee…at least you’re not paying full price per garment. And they offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you’re not sure, just purchase the Top, pay the shipping, and if you hate it you can send it back and get a refund! Its a great product and it may not be for everyone, but that is not because its bad quality

How can you clarify you get the correct size. The sizing chart is NOT that accurate. 1,2,3,4,5 & 6?!?!? WTH? Ok, so if those really large women in the commercial wear a six, then what size would I wear? According to the sizing chart I’m supposed to wear 5? But I’m not as big as those larger women in the commercial. I don’t have a bulging middle. I have an hour-glass shape and if I wear pants to tight, then I too will have a “muffin” top. I’m tempted to order a size 4. I really want it as a “moveable” back brace to support my lower back, because my current back brace it too bulky and I have to buy jeans a size larger to accomodate it. I have the slim & lift silhouette, but it’s a real pill to get up under my bra line due to my back issues. Reading some of y’alls comments makes me fear that I’ll have issues getting it on with my back issues. Why can’t it be pulled overhead? I know the commercial shows it being stepped in and I assume this is done to get the “lift” going by pulling everything up, but seems like you could pull it overhead, slide it down a little then pull it back up? Anyone tried that yet? I really want to try it, cuz the one piece slim ‘n lift is a real pain to readjust when going to the bathroom. I like the idea of the 2 pieces. So how can I be sure to get the right size when the chart seems so off?

I too think the Kymora body slimmer is a good product. When I received it in the mail, I immediately tried on the black one. My first thought was to put it on over my head, obviously as you would any other top. After getting it over my head, it was quite difficult…I was so earger that I neglected to read the instructions. Finally…I decided to step into it, which is what I later realized the instructions recommended. It worked like a charm. Like some to the others have mentioned…the shaper allows you to breathe comfortably and feels like a regular camisole. I look so much better in my suits. I think it was noticeable right away. At lunch..My co-worker began to talk about her desire to loosing weight. I knew she had noticed the difference so I had to share the secret with her. She getting ready to go on vacation and will be wearing dress gowns some nights. This product will definite come in handy. As for me, I definitely feel more confident. Money well spent!!!

I bought the product and I totally don’t think it was a rip off. I agree that it is expensive, but is not (over the internet). I had a hard time putting it on. Once I got it on and wore it a couple times, I liked it becuause it smooth out my bulges and helped with my posture. The bad thing is that it seems to be wearing off. It does not last that long. I believe.

I received mine this weekend and my girlfriend was like your boobs looks huge-thanks to the Kymaro™ I’m standing straight and I’m all sucked in. I wish I had ordered a size 2 though. I’m a pant size 6-8 and a 36 C bra size so I ordered a size 3 wish I’d gotten the 2. The 3 is a a little loose and i would like it tighter.

Someone should start a Kymaro exchange program on the internet so the Kymaro company can’t stiff us with the double mailing charges. I was going to exchange mine for a smaller size but sounds like we have to pay $9.95 for the 4 pieces to be exchanged; maybe one is free. I have to gain weight to make mine fit right. I’m going to call them Monday to verify those shipping charges. If they charge the $9.95 for each to be returned/exchanged, I’ll just return the nude top for the credit and find a buyer for the other pieces. Too bad these infomercials are rarely a good deal.

I honestly believe that it is all about choices. If you pick the correct size body shaper then I believe it should not be too small to get up over those hips and buttock area (yes I have them). However I also believe that just because we purchase this ridiculous price girdle that we should also keep in mind about being cautious of what we eat and exercise every day. Maybe it stops working because we are gaining weight and are stretching it out of place. I am not sure what the cause is. I have not ordered it but I will be ordering today. However in addition, I will continue my daily run, my aerobics classes and trying to eat right to try to permanently get this weight off. Not trying to look like the model but trying to look like I did before I had my child. Good luck ladies.

I almost brought this body shaper, it is good to do research before spending my hard earned dollars. I will not buy it. Case closed.

I was so hesitant to buy these jeans because I wasn’t sure exactly how they’d fit. I have the hardest time finding jeans because I have a bigger waist and smaller legs. Usually all my pants are so baggy in the legs just so that they fit around my middle. I saw the infomercial and gave in because the testimonials and results were incredible. I called and placed my order and I also got the bottom shaper promotion to wear with my slacks for work. I paid for Rush delivery and got my jeans in less than a week. I have to tell you, I was pleasntly surprised when I tried these jeans on. They sucked my tummy in and fit my legs so nicely! They were a little long because I got the regular length which has a 33inch inseam, but with a little hem, they were perfect! My favorite part is that they are lightweight. Most shaping jeans are heavy fabric in order to suck you in and shape you around but these jeans were comfortable and i didn’t feel hot or sweaty. THe other part I liked was that they don’t look like ‘mom jeans’…you look young and fit and slim and beautoful! The bottom shaper look great under my slacks and they send you the size that will most likely fit according to your jean size, so i Didn’t have to measure or anything. I am definately happy with my purchase and am sorry thato ther people haven’t given these jeans a chance. they will change your life!

I agree with the tape measure fraud, they are not accurately mtaking measurements of the women that are trying the products. I’m glad I read the comments on this website because I felt they were a little shady. I called to place an order they first thing they ask was for my credit card information after collecting my name. How easy for anyone to steal your identity, any way I cancel my order and they were very rude when I told them I prefer the black body shaper rather than the nude.

Trust me, I’ve been ‘wander-lusting’ lately… Want to somehow improve myself and my lifestyle, but I’m on a limited budget and space lol. And the actual ‘idea’ is a very tried and true method, but is being incorrectly presented (badly and actually dangerously). Please read the rest of this thread, even if it’s lengthy lol, I made sure it was organized. ^_^ I also didn’t use paragraph breaks so that the ‘topics’ are easier to see (no [b]bold [/b] that I can see lol (unless that word is bolded Oo)

The infomercial was just on, so decided to do a ‘Google’ on it lol. It does look fantastic, even with the comments on it… (and some comments on my thoughts from the previous ‘commentators’ would be greatly appreciated, as it’ll help me with my decision of whether to ‘do it’ lol)

I’m extremely glad to have found this topic, and I felt I needed to definately share my “extensive” comments…I hope they help, so please do read ’em lol. But I did try to ‘list’ them in a more ‘edited’ way lol (my original here is ‘random points here and there lol as I sidetrack). One thing though to add… I mention a couple ‘urls’ below, but because there’s no actual ability to make them linkable, copy and paste them lol. And I promise that I’ve opened them (recently to get the urls again) and they are still ‘safe’ to view, both are respected sites). Okay, without further ado. ^_^

Miracles “Theory”:

You don’t change all that much if certain things don’t change in a person’s lifestyle…we all know that. No ‘miracle’ products really lol.

Lifestyle Changes:

A note on a comment made above… yep, these were once corsets. Keep that thought way back in the mind as you read this part ^_~

I think that using this would help with (req) lifestyle changes: exercise, going over your personal eating habits, etc, and all that good stuff. I’d only (personally) recommend using it for like… an 15 up to a half hour every 2 nights at first, along with the exercise changes (not at the same time, exercise earlier in the day, wear it in the evening). Also, to not be ‘moving’ too much, but not ‘lazing’ during those two hours, if that makes sense..like maybe just do some things you’ve been meaning to do, like paperwork organizing, make tea or a meal…things that won’t make you sweat (issue with sweat relates to another ‘section’ below), but will keep your posture more ‘stable’. And then if you’re continuing on the exercise, diet etc, have lost at least 3-5 pounds, add 10-15 minutes on your ‘every 2 night’ routine. (this part just added): Keep in mind the following: I mentioned ‘dangerous’ in my original paragraph if you recall. If you don’t take it in moderation, you are completely throwing a brick at your body, really. Your spine for obvious reasons…the way you carry yourself affects your feet, blood flow, neck and alignment, your heart, lungs… Overdoing of anything (specially at ‘breakneck’ speed, to your body and you will be hurting it. I realize I sound like I’m saying it’s good earlier, and bad in this, but it’s true. But it has to be slow, and you will be curing your body in a great way of many things. That’s something that is doctor recommended on anything.

Cleaning Routine and Material Saver:

I’d caution against using it ‘alot’ because of what someone was mentioning about the poorly made material. This will be more likely (in my opinion) help to prevent the material degrading, and will also help it to keep it’s shape, and be more ‘useful’ for you. I’d not use it even for going out dining…sweat (even small amounts, really) from indoor activities (bars, diners) and outdoor (walks etc) can degenerate material. Don’t overwash, in fact wash it with a non-anti bacterial soap (I suggest Dawn Dish Soap, actually, regular, not scented). The Soap tip is something I have to do with my Sleep Apnea Machine, and I have to ‘breathe’ that 😉 So obviously a very safe cleaning and recommended method, and will keep it clean for you. Also… Nude & Black… Black Material by default (usually) can degrade much faster then nude. Not sure completely why, might have something to do with black absorbing heat (?) or the dye that’s used… anyways, we all know that nude is the ‘base’ color in garments (nude, then white, then black etc). But nude is more safe to go with. I seriously would not get the black, specially if you do use the method I mentioned above in ‘LifeStyle Changes’. About correct sizing is very important..next is the reason why. And for some reason nude holds it’s shape longer Oo.

Sizes: look at the url I’m about to paste. Use this to help with finding your “True” sizing ‘info’ as it’s very detailed.

Know what your sizes are, not just ‘for normal’ stuff, but something like this that’s form fitting? Yep, know what size you will need lol.

Suggested Purchase Methods

This is more fact then opinion, and I’ll add (on the very end of the post) a previous experience I had to deal with on ‘online shopping’ so those who don’t want to read it, don’t need to lol.

First of all, the ad mentions the address being: ubuyez.com. Run! lol, seriously. But someone did suggest (great idea btw) is to purchase it via a place like Ebay (or check Walgreens now and then, sometimes they sell “As Seen On TV” items…actually there’s also a website that does that too lol. But research wherever you buy it from…Don’t buy it from the actual site… Use your instincts, and ‘research’. When I put in a google on this product, there’s a lot of links about issues with this. (This is my first one I’m reading, just saw all the links). So research (as well) the place you would alternatively buy it from. Play it safe, as you’ll see why if you read my ‘bottom’ (my bad experience). Also, this way you will know what you are buying, and know that it’s safe, and you won’t get extra charges…and Keep your Acct Info Safe! (again, horror story at the way bottom).

Summary:

These comments btw, pretty much can apply to all online purchases, really. If you look at the link I put about my horror story, it’s a massive issue that is affecting many people, about account safety. I ended up having to get a new card for my bank account as that was the info they had. Remember, it was supposed to be just a S&H charge… But to prevent the fraud, I had to go through extreme measures, and as I’m on disability, 2x of actual 88ish dollars missing for around 5-10 days until my bank ‘gave it back’… Ouch, eh? And I still have to do the actual report, and they have 45 days to prove I’m wrong. I’m not worried so much on that… so many problems have had problems with that company, and they are poorly rated on BBB. But I didn’t ‘research’ well enough, apparently.

So please, if for anything else, read my posts that are on that second link. (and I’m happy to see they are clickable lol) Protect yourself 🙁 Go to safe sites that you trust, and use your bank card, debit, savings, credit account info as little as possible when it comes to internet purchases. If there’s an option for money order, do it. Not sure @ Paypal, look into it though. But try if possible to find an alternative or have a lot of research done.

I bought a black one and a beige one. I looks good under jeans as well as dresses. It is not so tight that you feel you can’t breathe. I totally recommend this product. It is worth the cost.

I work for the company that does the adverting for the bodyshaper in the uk. Im glad to hear that some of you have had good results and not so pleased that there are a few of you out there that are… shall we say “less than happy”. The thing is it is a good product, but it wont work miracles. I would suggest that you buy the next size up as it is (and has to be to work) a very tight fitting product.

I feel it is worth the try after reading, but what really bothered me was that they keep trying to get you to take part in at least three or four other “wonderful offers” I thought the $9.95 s and h for the “free’ items was rather exorbitant and complained about it but the woman on the other tried to convince me it took sorting etc not just shipping. Not convinced but went with it anyway, but I stood my ground on all the other “incredible” offers she tried to get me to add on. As it is with the 2 full sets it came to $79.95 total with S and H! Who knows how much it would have cost me if I had agreed to all those other things. In the past I have been less than pleased with other things I ordered from infomercials but, I am hoping this will be more positive. Glad for the tips about washing the garments . wow i was going to buy one of these things but now i think not i’ve baught alot of stuff online and never have i seen so many sites with so much hate for the products. You have to watch the ENTIRE infomercial. They DO have PLUS size women trying on this product. And they look wonderful afterwards. This product I support. Works for me. Turned my size 14, into a 12. I love it.

No this woman does not need this product. I however do. I bought it and it sucks. It does ride up if you are a big girl. It is long enough on that skinny body that doesn’t need it but for a girl that has fat in the front it is way too short and what’s the point of sending it back they charge $10 per item shipping so the 19 I’d get back is nothing compared to the shipping they won’t return. Only use this product if you are only 40 pounds overweight or less. It is NOT meant for the obese woman which is probably most of the target audience.

I have been watching this commercial for months and finally decided to buy one on Ebay. I followed the size chart and when I tried it on, it’s too big. It says to wash before wearing, so I am doing that now. I will try and dry it really good so maybe it will shrink a little…

But I did notice the following: It’s too long! I am only 5’3 and it hangs down past my hips, the back ‘see through’ area below where the criss cross strap like things are does nothing, doesn’t suck any back fat in, that I saw (I am about 30 lbs overweight and at 5’3, that’s noticable)

Also, the boob part, for me anyway, I had to kind of lift my boobs out and pull the shaper down and position it, I wonder if it would stay all day or if it would be riding up? Anyway, I put my clothes back on and even though it didnt feel like it was sucking anything in, I had at least three inches in my jeans and my top was very loose.

But I felt like I was wearing a bullet proof vest and when my husband walked by he called out “cheater” as in me not losing the weight, just wearing a shaper!! (HE’S JUST JEALOUS)

So, I can’t really say either way, but it wasn’t what I expected at all, I thought I would slide into it like the lady on TV and loose 8 inches!! LOL, oh well, good thing I got it on Ebay…

This thing is garbage! Just bought one at Bed Bath and Beyond for $29.99. I can’t get it on! I was on the line between two sizes so I bought the LARGER size. It will not go over my hips. It has no stretch whatsoever. It will not go over my head, either. I double checked the size tag in the garment and it matches the box. I sincerely wanted to try it but there’s no way in the world that even the next size up will fit. I actually have bruises on my thighs from tugging so hard. I don’t get it. Maybe it’s old stock and the elastic has stiffened – but this thing has as much stretch as regular woven cotton and feels like burlap!

Oh well, at least I have the receipt – back it goes (and no shipping nightmares!)

in order for this to stay put, is to amend the same sticky rubber solution as with thigh highs to the inner part of the top and or pant.

or else when you sit down it will roll up/down… so i guess they send the extra perhaps they have to get rid of the ones they do not need.

I watched the infomercial again today. Really had me convinced to buy it. I’ve lost 60 pounds and want to lose another 40. I’ve got the flab that needs holding in. Now, after reading all of these comments I’m torn as to buy or not to buy. I’m thinking I’ll try Meijers, Walmart or K-Mart to see what they have, or Penney’s or Kohl’s. I can’t see spending 80.00 on something that’might’ work.

I bought the top part of the simmer about a year ago and LOVED it. I mean let’s face it… if you want something to make you a size or two smaller the only thing to work is diet and exercise but for me I have lot a lot of weight and have loose skin and problem areas around my mid section. This smooths everything out and I love the fact that I it goes under my bra. The only thing I would like for them to chance about it is to have the back not go up so high because it can be seen with certain outfits. I don’t bother with the bottoms because I agree they are not comfortable and prefer spanx for that sort of thing but as for this… there is nothing else like it on the market that works quiet that well.

On Saturday night I was watching Spanish-language tv and caught the sexiest program in the history of television. I soon discovered that it was a girdle commercial… I have never seen such gorgeous women ,(much less in girdles) before. It makes as much sense as a marathon runner modeling wooden legs.
I think Mexico is impoverished because they use all the money growing super-hottie tv models in a genetics lab somewhere.

Ladies, take $50 and go grocery shopping. Buy healthy foods, and eat ONLY the $50 worth of groceries for one week. If that food only lasts you 5 days, that should tell you that you are eating WAY TOO MUCH each day. I’m 38, have 2 children. I’ve lost 26 lbs in 16 weeks. Stop hiding your body, fix it!!!!

Really, try this it works, Whatever you have to buy to feed your family, keep it seperate from your $50 grocery list.

So after look’n it all up and the price i realized it’s rediculous, i just had my first baby 8 1/2 months ago and still can’t loose it all. the price of the jeans, shorts and cami all together is really $62.80…i don’t want the top that covers everything just the shorts and the cami, but u have to order everything else too just to get it…it’s stupid and a waist of money

I bought this product at Walgreen’s (top only). I personally like this product as it just pulls everything in a little making my body look more slim and it’s easier to put on my jeans. The only problem I have with it is that it sometimes rides up. I bought it just wanting to hide my muffin top. It does do that. I also agree that the best thing to do is exercise and eat healthy. I have lost over 50 lbs. but the body sometimes takes a while to get with the program- it’s nice to have a produt pull you in a little to keep you working toward your goals. That’s why I like it. It’s just a tool, not a miracle worker.

Yes I am the model in the commercial and I know so many are perhaps mad at me for displaying this product on tv. Please be assured it is a paid job for me, much like the jobs that so many of you proudly do everyday. I certainly don’t know if this thing works or not, but if it does, it should be illegal. I can see myself, 2:00am in some bar with my beer goggles displayed, going home with some chick who – unbeknownst to me – is squeezed into a Body Signer Skin suit under her clothes. You get home, “unwrap the package” and – VOILA! – you find you’re about to sack an escaped elephant from some African zoo.

I call that false advertising of the highest order – not to mention cruel & unusual punishment for the poor schmuck who an hour before was sure he’d just hit the jackpot . . .

Wow, this thread started years ago and it’s still running (which makes sense, I guess, when you consider that the infomercial is still running). Anyway, I notice that a few guys have inquired about the hostess. Well, if you still haven’t caught her name in any of the six million broadcasts that the infomercial has aired over the years, it’s Julia Parker. And I agree with you, she is quite the bodacious M.I.L.F. But she’s begun to get a bit “long in the tooth” since the first Body Shaper broadcast (she probably USES the Body Shaper, at this point). I suppose she’s still doable, though [lol]. Cheers.

I have both the top and bottom and I actually love the item (not super crazy about the bottoms) but the top is amazing!!! It totally eliminates muffin tops when wearing jeans and a clingy shirt. It does slide over the bumm (and trust me I have a jo lo booty. It easy to get on and off. Love it and well worth the money to be beautiful!!

I actually have this product. I also have the bottoms for it. And it’s not so much that it “makes you look 20 lbs thinner, rather it smoothens out “back boobs” and it definitely does get rid of muffin tops. Also when I wore it underneath my brides-maid like dress, it made my stomach look flat.
